Swan from Lake on Banbury

This is the swan photo that I shot through the trees as I was almost past the small lake to the right on Banbury. Banbury and this part of my Inverness ride is in the north east corner of Inverness, north of Baldwin, east of Ela and SW of Northwest Highway.

Second pond on Banbury in Inverness

As you continue down Banbury (east) There's another little pond off to the left here but it's a little hard to see in the photo above (unless you check out the enlarged version).

Banbury and Dunbar intersection

The photo above is after Banbury turns to the southeast and is coming up to Dunbar on the final leg (before doubling back on the roads that we have already seen on this photo tour).

Turn on Inverway

The photo above is as I turned on to Inverway (returning south) from Dunbar. There is a sharp turn here and on more than one occasion I have seen a few deer in this area.

This is the end of the main Inverness Road Trip photo tour...

Shoulder of Roselle Road near Inverness

If you park at Harper and cut through the Hunting Ridge and White Cliff neighborhoods (described on the Inverness Trail page), this is where you would cross Roselle Road. This is the shoulder on Roselle just before Pheasant Trail (on the left). There is enough room on the shoulder so you don't have to be on the road but Roselle can get congested here in rush hour(s) and it can take some time to cross at times. Mostly when it's raining or you're in a hurry :-).

Lake Inverness as seen from Dublin Court

The photo above is from a very short side trip that I made on to Dublin Court (off of Balmoral). I don't take this road much since it has a steep hill and does not go far anyway but I like the view at the end of the road.

This is a nice view of part of Lake Inverness that you get from Dublin. The first photo page in this photo tour showed Lake Inverness from the other side (off of Clover).

Here's the photo tour of the Inverness Trail, from South Park, in Inverness (going north) to Blackburn on the northern end of Inverness (May, 2005).
