The Sole B94 Upright is your best buy for an upright stationary bike with Heart Rate Control (HRC) for under $1,000. This bike will last for many years to come (and if you don't think that it will, there is the warranty to back this up) and is capable of handling heavier use or heavier users due to its solid construction.

When I rode this bike I was impressed with the comfortable geometry and design and how easy to use and intuitive the console controls were. You just know right away that this is a high quality bike.

The warranty on the B94 can not be beat so even if you have not had a chance to review this Bike in the b&m stores (they are sold at Sears and Dick's but are not always on display or in stock), you can still be assured of getting a quality product.
